What you need to know
Who can become a partner? +
Individuals living in Brazil, MEIs and companies with an audience or network interested in these products — content creators, consultants, agencies, or simply happy customers.
How and when do I get paid? +
By PIX, once a month, on the 5th business day of the month after the commission is released, whenever your available balance clears the R$200 minimum. The commission enters your balance when the customer pays and becomes available after the holding period: 14 days for PIX and boleto, 46 days for card (32 for the card network settlement, plus 14). A PIX paid on October 1st is released on October 15th and paid in the November payout. You don't need to ask — we transfer it.
Do I need a registered business? +
No. Individuals join with a CPF: VertexHub issues the receipt (RPA) for each payout and withholds social security (INSS, 11%) and income tax under the monthly table. With a CNPJ, as an MEI or company, you issue an invoice to VertexHub, and withholding follows your tax regime.
Can I refer other partners? +
Yes. Anyone you refer joins your network, and you earn 2% on their sales for 12 months from their approval — as long as you're active and made at least one sale of your own in the last 180 days. That amount comes from VertexHub, not from your referral's commission.
How long do I earn commission from a customer? +
Up to 12 months from the customer's first received payment, for as long as they keep paying.
Does a customer I referred still count if they switch coupons later? +
No. Each customer has a single owning partner, permanently, for the product they were referred to — even if another coupon is used afterward.
