Why schedule automation works#

  • Instant confirmation – picked, done. No back-and-forth, no "let me check and get back to you".
  • Reflected in the numbers – the change lands in occupancy reports, separating who rescheduled from who cancelled. They're different things, and they're usually counted as the same one.

What users observe#

Atendis publishes no benchmark figures, and we're not going to invent any here. What businesses running the full flow report:

  • A noticeable drop in no-shows when confirmation and reminders are structured and recurring, rather than sent by hand whenever someone remembers.
